Unlike other vegan “protein” powders, this protein comes with a full serving of protein in each scoop. You will get a complete 23 grams of protein from a blend of pea protein, brown rice protein, pumpkin seed (unroasted) and Sacha Inchi seed. By using the four protein variations, you will get a plant protein that has an amino acid profile similar to whey protein. The complementary plant protein ingredients combine to form a complete protein powder that contains all the Essential Amino Acids, including the Branched Chain Amino Acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine), which are of particular importance in muscle growth, repair and maintenance. It also contains the Non-Essential Amino Acids.

Brown rice
A good source of protein, fiber, healthy fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. In 2013, study also showed that rice protein was as effective at building lean muscle as whey protein. Like pea protein, it is easy to digest. What is great about rice protein is that it is easier to flavor. Brown rice protein can create a great taste that makes it easy to drink without blending in other ingredients. Compared to pea protein, brown rice is a slow release protein. Since it takes slightly longer to digest, you will deliver the amino acids in a time release fashion, making this an anti catabolic protein supplement.
Pea
Yellow peas are rich in protein and contain a wide variety of phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals. This complete protein includes a full essential amino acid profile. It is rich in BCAA‘s and has a heavy dose of L-arginine. Pea protein stormed the market once studies suggested that supplementing with soy protein powder was not such a good idea. Unfortunately, as perfect as pea protein appears, it is low in the amino acid methionine. As a straight powder, the taste can be a little challenging to stomach. For these reasons, we have blended pea protein with other protein powders to create a more balanced amino acid profile. Pea protein is easy to digest and sits well in the stomach. When a protein is easy to digest, it allows for greater protein synthesis. One study revealed that pea protein was as affective as whey protein at building lean muscle.
